About The Event
Join us for a gentle kayaking journey down the Cuyahoga River as we check out the changing leaves! Kayaks and shuttle will be provided by our friends at Cuyahoga Valley Adventures . This section of the river is about 2-miles long and it's great for newbies and experienced adventurers alike! It's a very calm section filled with wildlife, big trees, and birds.
We will start at 1:30 PM, so please arrive 15 mins early to get fitted with a life jacket and so that CVA can do a safety briefing. We will then shuttle to the beautiful Valley View area to launch our kayaks. Please note that this is not a guided adventure but rather kayak rentals in a self-guided fashion as we paddle down the river as a group.
Note: The weight limit for their single kayaks is 300lbs and the cumulative weight for their double kayaks is 500lbs.
