Join us on a guided hike from the Cle Metropark's CanalWay Center! This is where history, nature, and industry meet. Come join us as we hike ~1 mile and learn about the area and then we will explore the nature center. Please RSVP.

About The Event
Open Trail Collective is excited to host a family-friendly guided walk at the Cleveland Metropark's CanalWay Center, an awesome park with a great nature center on the outskirts of Cleveland! The hike will take place from 10-11AM on Friday 2/28. We will go on a ~1mi guided hike to learn about the animals and ecosystem of this unique natural area and then can spend time in the CanalWay Nature Center afterwards.
This hike will be guided by a CMP Naturalist and Nikki Alden will be the Open Trail Collective representative present.
The CanalWay Nature Center highlights the natural and cultural history of the surrounding area. It features a canal boat play area, a bird viewing room, and live animal wildlife species in our children’s Nature Nook.
We will provide a small snack after the hike.
